The automobile division, which provides high quality products and service through not only TS16949 certificate but also ISO 14001 quality control system required by automobile manufacturers, made a Cross Functional Team to provide a total quality management from development to production. This team includes sales, R & D, production technology and quality departments. Sales and R & D departments have a customized project manager system to make a product development efficient for customers at a local level along with close relationship with customers in foreign branches. In addition, inventory is managed by EDI system, which utilizes local warehouses and JIT delivery system for a prompt supply.
